Derby was a delight to work with during our home buying process! He is knowledgeable, patient, and hard working. After showing us quite a few houses, we finally found our home sweet home. There were already other offers on the table but Derby and his team worked their magic and made our offer stand out above the rest. I cannot recommend Strength in Reality enough! We absolutely love our new home but if we ever decide to sell it, we will work with Derby again!

On June 5th I closed on my home but gave the sellers 2 weeks post occupancy and I am finally moving in this Friday, 6/22/18. And guess who has even offered to help me move in....yes....Derby!!! Derby was the man, after our initial round of walk throughs / discussion he had a list of properties for us to look at the next week all of which had items on my list that were musts. I had been working with another realtor in the area and I was very pleasantly surprised by how each house had all  my needs as this was not the case in my previous experience. I found a home and put in an offer ($20k below asking!) and had it accepted within 2.5 weeks of meeting with Derby. I am a salesman as well and Derby definitely did not just make the sale and disappear like some folks might, he was on top of everything the entire way down the road as well. He answered calls/emails/texts immediately and helped me through any questions and issues I had. I highly recommend Derby to help you get into the home you want to live in!!

Derby helped us sell our old house and find a new home in Colorado. We had a very stressful time with the whole house buying/ selling process. He never gave up always made sure we had the answers we needed he was always a call or text away. When we were ready to go house hunting he showed us close to 20 houses, he almost always got in us into view a house same day. He worked with our schedule and by the end of the 45 days, we got to celebrate our closing on both homes.
